Customer can contact (submit a request to) Customer Support from his/her Personal Account if he/she has a question about an order or an issue with the service.

A customer’s request can be found in the appropriate section of admin panel.

All requests (support tickets) fall into sectionsdepending on the type of problem a customer is facing:

  • Order issues (in case order number is specified)
  • General issues (in case order number is NOT specified).
